My Journey
Growing up in South Africa, I witnessed the profound harm of discrimination. These experiences ignited a lifelong commitment to equality.
A Career with Purpose
From working with underrepresented groups in accounting to managing diverse teams in IT and recruitment, my career has spanned continents and industries. I’ve led organisations through transformative growth, always using each opportunity to amplify my core values: equality, integrity, inclusion, and empathy.
In 2012, I took the helm of GMT People, growing the business and its team while reinforcing a culture of inclusivity. Alongside this, I joined Women 4 STEM (formerly Vic ICT for Women), where I have proudly served as a Board Member and Chairperson since 2010, championing diversity in STEM and advocating for underrepresented talent.
A New Chapter
In 2022, I sold GMT and turned my full attention to advancing DEI by founding Harnessing Diversity. This platform allows me to channel my passion and expertise into helping businesses create equitable, inclusive cultures that thrive. If want to hear more go to:
